October 10th, 2008 | by Ethan Jaynes |Back Flip, Face Plant, Video. This is one of the biggest reasons I do not backflip. I am always afraid of breaking my neck and, or, landing on my face. This guy lands on his face. Yeah, Face Plants on wood do not feel good.
I say that Back Flips are for the birds.
