Man Vs. Wild, Bear Grylls is a Fake? Video. I have seen this show before, and I have seen this episode. Watch as Bear makes a death defying trek across questionable terrain. Then watch pedestrians make the same trek, and then they pan the camera to a busy highway. The Man vs. Wild crew and Bear lead you to believe that he is stranded in a deserted place, but the Youtube sleuths find out the truth.

      I did a commercial for Channel 8 in Dallas once and the twelve of us in the grandstands looked like a full stadium when it played on TV.
      Perspective is everything!
